The Hikvision IP box cameras can be used in many different applications. The cameras provide excellent low light sensitivity along with very good wide dynamic range (WDR). You can select from a wide range of lenses, environmental enclosures, and mounting brackets.

Lenses do not come standard with Hikvision box cameras. In order to ensure you get the right lens, it’s best to discuss all available choices with us. Possibilities include variable lenses, megapixel lenses, IR-type lens, and auto-iris lenses.
As a rule of thumb, it always pays to determine if a lens is included before comparing prices. For example, a 5 megapixel IP Camera without the lens is priced at under $550 MSRP, but when you add a good lens (variable 3 – 8 mm) the price is about $695.
Several enclosure types are available to protect these versatile cameras. For example, there are enclosures that come with heaters and blowers capable of withstanding temperatures as cold as – 40 degrees Fahrenheit. There are other enclosures that are explosion proof and can be used in hazardous areas such as oil platforms or mines where explosive gases can be found.
