There are two basic configurations available to meet many different strategic situations. These covert camera systems are custom-built and configured for specific types of deployment.

The small Tactical-Covert5 camera system can be placed inside another commonly found item, such as a traffic cone or power transformer. Nicknamed the “Rabbit,” This covert system includes a PTZ camera with recording designed for the mobile needs of law enforcement nationwide. It provides unique features for easy transport and quick deployment.

Features

  • The 4-inch diameter by 6-inch height makes the covert system ideal for concealment in a user-provided enclosure.
  • Remotely controlled Zoom lens can read a license plate up to 450 ft away or identify a person’s face 300ft away
  • Quick deployment. The small PTZ surveillance system is easy to transport and install.
  • Long recording time. The covert camera system Includes 250 GB of internal high-reliability solid-state storage
  • Long battery operation. The camera system operates for 30 days on an external 12V 120AH LiFePO4 (lithium) battery. It has the world’s lowest power requirement of about 3 watts.
  • Also powered using a solar panel, or external power supply
  • View and control the camera using a web browser (like Chrome).
  • Built-in Cell modem (Cell service options available)

This tiny unit can be mounted on buildings or utility poles. Nicknamed the “Ghost,” this small PTZ camera system has a very small power requirement of about 3 watts avg.

Features

  • The small size and wireless hotspot, non-camera-like appearance provide an inconspicuous solution for covert use on utility poles, lamp poles, and buildings
  • This high-definition (1920 x 1080) surveillance camera system provides clear HD video to view license plates and people’s faces.
  • Remotely controlled Zoom lens can read a license plate up to 450 ft away or identify a person’s face 300ft away
  • A rugged and transportable covert camera system that is very small (8” x 6” x 4”).It makes this ideal for quick deployment
  • Long video recording operation. The 250 GB (~3 weeks) internal video storage and low power requirements allow this covert camera to operate for 30-days on  battery power with a 6-month option
  • When using external power, the systemcan use up to 2 TB of video storage for ~26 weeks (6 months) of continuous storage
  • Ultra-low power dissipation of 3 watts.*

*A Performance Note: The system uses an average of 3 watts, with 24/7 operation at 1920×1080 HD video capture, with a cell modem on half the time. An optional external 120AH 12V LiFePO4 battery provides approximately thirty days’ run time (10X others’) or approximately twenty-one days with a cell modem on all the time.
